A young writer embarks on a journey to find out more about the taxi business in Lagos by becoming a taxi driver, he meets a young lady along the way and becomes fond of her.

A group of sexy space vixens flies down to Earth, sets up a shop at a carnival (disguising their ship as a ride), and kidnap some earthlings in their scheme to conquer our planet. There they are held prisoner by the evil queen Adastrea and aided by her selfless twin Alburnia. Meanwhile, a standard issue hunky scientist back on Earth, who happens to be Silvia’s boss, tries to rescue them.

Výprava pokračuje smerom na východ a cestu zákerným lesom Severného Temnohvozdu jej križujú hrozivé obludy, ako je Beorn, meniaci kožu, či armáda obrovských pavúkov. Keď sa trpaslíkom podarí uniknúť zo zajatia nebezpečných lesných elfov, pokračujú k Jazernému mestu a nakoniec k samotnej Osamelej hore, kde musia čeliť najväčšiemu nebezpečenstvu svojho života - samotnému drakovi Smaugovi. Stretnutie s najstrašnejším netvorom preverí, či sú naozaj takí odvážni, ako si myslia a či ich priateľstvo vydrží. Súboj s netvorom napokon vyjaví, či len nepremárnili svoj životný čas a ich misia bude mať nejaký význam.
